I love working mainly with black and
white, but I admit that I'm having a lot of fun working with color, and I'm making
plans to work with more color.
Above is my August 12 x 12 x 12, made
with leftover fabric scraps from my new Fences and Nests series. My July 12 x 12 x 12 was also full of color. I absolutely want to do more work along this
line, but much larger.
This is the piece a little more than half way complete.
And here it is when I first mounted the monoprinted, painted and stitched fabric to a 12" x 12" board.
I don't usually show the steps of work in progress, but this blog is a journal for me, as well as for networking about what I'm doing, so I can refer back to it in the future.
