12 x 12 x 12 September 2026 is based on photos of blue painted water access covers that the Water Department in the town I live in used as markers on the street in my neighborhood to find and replace the water old lines.
I created acrylic skins of the photos of the covers and collaged each photo inside each "hole" in the grid of the texture of a monoprinted construction fence. This fabric painting has been stiffened so it is more like a piece of paper than fabric.
