I started the finishing touches on my painting that's documenting the number of steps I walked each day in 2023. That includes adding white fabric squares in the empty Saturday and Sunday spaces in the rows between months, and also painting black in the stitched lines between each month, to create a bigger grid on top of the smaller grid. There are 27 more days before I do the final touches, photograph it, and then move on to my 2024 painting.
