I purchased three embroideries on eBay to upcycle for new work in my Loss series. One is similar yet different from the embroidery I used for my “We Didn't Know She had More Than Two Children” fabric painting, but it was yellowed and very stiff. I knew it was starched and could we made whiter by removing the starch. Here it is wet, after soaking in OxyClean. It started looking whiter after a few minutes.🤞it works.
