Last weekend I visited friends at their Cape Cod summer house. I love their bathroom tiles, both the black and white check, and the small blue glass tiles.
The blue glass tiles partially inspired Orange Construction Fence Series #57 and #58, which I worked on in their basement last summer when I was on vacation there. Even though I finished these pieces in February 2008, I was reminded of these pieces each time I used their shower.
