I was determined to walk today even though it's 7 degrees and it feels like it's -3, due to the polar vortex and the beginning of a snowstorm that's expected to dump up to 24" of snow in the Boston area through Monday night. I managed one long block and back, and gave up for safety reasons. All of my body was warm except my cheeks and nose. When I held my scarf up to try to protect my face, my glasses fogged up. I tried. Safety wins.
