I'm working on a new Wordle patterned painting on an upcycled antique cross stitched linen tablecloth. I am not using the Wordle colors. First I monoprinted a gridded construction fence pattern on the back side of the fabric knowing that the orange paint from the grid would soak through to the front. Then I stitched the grid and now I am handstamping square rubber erasers on the fabric one at a time, following the patterns of 24 of my completed puzzles starting on September 1 of this year. And I am trying desperately not to make mistakes, but I am only human. :)
