New Work in Progress

New work in progress, a new painting with acrylic skins of 4 photographs of my scar after donating my kidney in mid-December and the rash that developed under the surgical tape. Each photo is photoshopped so my healing scar is bright and colorful and doesn’t look gross. I’ve started collaging the skins on monoprinted and stitched stiffened fabric. I hope to have time to work on it some more after work tonight or over the weekend.
