New Work in a Progress: Resilient Fences 2

I’m working on the next painting in my "Resilient Fences” series, Resilient Fences 2. It’s going to be similar to Resilient Fences 1  but with colored stamped shapes too, not just black. The base fabric is painted, stitched and stiffened. Over the weekend I handstamped the rubber eraser shapes. Next steps are cut the individual shapes out, place them on the base fabric, and then collage them to the fabric. More photos soon.
