Over the past 48+ hours I monoprinted construction fencing on three 9.5' pieces of fabric, as well as two 48" x 48" pieces. At least nine of those hours (with breaks of course) were stitching the grid on the very light piece above. My next step is to add a tiny bit of color to it. Then maybe add some stamping and then coat it with watered down matt medium to stiffen it before I cut into it.The light piece is really the back side of the fabric, where the paint has bled through to the other side. I'm toying with the idea of making all of these pieces reversible, so the light or dark sides can be shown.
