Update on new work in my Loss series. Monoprinted and painted construction fence patterns appliquéd on an embroidery. I’m still not sure about a title or an artist statement, but seeing that I just celebrated a milestone birthday and enjoyed it vs. decades of previous birthdays ruined by insults from my mother, I think a follow up from my last fabric painting will be my focus.
