Bullseye with Hole in the Sidewalk was inspired when on a lunch time walk at work.
The bullseye on the sidewalk caught my eye one day when I walked by it. I stopped and took a picture, not realizing there was a hole with a cigarette butt inside, making it a still life of sorts.
This painting incorporates an acrylic skin of the photograph on monoprinted construction fence fabric collaged on 6” x 6" board with paint.
